OUR

STAFF

Our success is due to our great customer service and the fact that we are passionate skiers and riders ourselves.

Rich and Nancy – Owners.
Rich and Nancy started Village Ski in 1988. Rich’s background in ski racing and NCAA Division I coaching brings the necessary technological expertise needed to run a successful ski/snowboard shop. Professionally tuning skis for over 30 years, Rich oversees all tuning operations and is the primary reason our tunes attract skiers in need of service from all over the country. Nancy’s education in business has been paramount in keeping the “numbers” in order, while her long-time experience in apparel buying keeps our outerwear selection top-notch. In the off-season, you can catch Nancy on the Cape and Rich on the tarmac, piloting private jets.

Greg Foster – Manager, Back-Shop / Ski Technician.
Greg started with us when he was a sophomore in high school and has since joined us full time, after graduating college, as our Back-Shop Manager. His responsibilities include coordinating ski/binding mounting and testing as well as sales of ski and snowboard equipment. His vast knowledge of ski technology makes him the go-to guy for core skiers and backcountry adventurers. Providing exceptional, personalized experiences for all our customers, Greg has become our most requested staff member. Off-season, Greg loves chasing the spring snow out west before packing away the skis and pulling out the clubs, working as a fitting specialist and tech-rep for Ping Golf.

Dan Wait – Sales / Technician.
Dan brings a wealth of ski knowledge to Village Ski, as he grew up in and around the ski industry. He is not only an asset on the sales floor but is a valuable back-shop technician, where he spends time mounting and tuning skis. His passion for the sports as well as his strong work ethic make him one of Village Ski’s most important staff members.

Keith Brachold – Store Manager / Buyer.
Keith serves as Village Ski’s Shop Manager and Snowboard Buyer. His responsibilities include running all back-shop operations and overseeing hardware sales. His unique approach and expert knowledge in boot fitting has undoubtedly helped earn Village Ski its well-known reputation throughout New England.

Kaelah Brachold – Manager, Front-Shop / Buyer.
Kaelah is Village Ski’s Front Shop Manager. Along with the buying of soft goods and accessories, her responsibilities include managing many of the “behind-the scene” – activities such as website design and sending out newsletters. She coordinates customer requests for appointments and maintains relationships with our companies. Kaelah takes pride in staying current on product improvements and technologies. She has a keen awareness of the pulse at Village Ski.

Luke Foley – Sales / Technician.
Luke is one of our newest part-timers. He comes to Village Ski with an extensive background in the outdoor sporting industry, with a specialized focus in winter sports. Luke has worked at EMS as a product training manager and climbing school guide. He is PSIA and AASI certified in snowboarding and telemarking. In the summer, he runs stand up paddle board tours on Cape Cod. At Village Ski, he will be working on the sales floor as well as spending time in the tuning room.
